At Elite Laundry, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers, and we ask that all guests follow our policies to ensure a smooth and pleasant visit. For the safety and comfort of all, please be mindful of our facility rules, including no smoking, no pets, and ensuring that all laundry items are properly sorted before use in machines. We also ask that customers be respectful of machine times—please promptly remove your laundry once it’s done to allow others to use the machines. Any damage to machines or facilities caused by improper use may result in charges for repairs or cleaning.
Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If a machine malfunctions or you experience any issues with our services, please notify our staff immediately. We will do our best to resolve the situation quickly. In the event of a malfunction, refunds will be processed for the affected cycle or service. For any service-related concerns, please reach out to us within 24 hours of the incident, and we’ll assist you in handling the issue.
